May 14, 2020 - Ann informed us our SV will be virtual and held via Zoom on Monday, August 17.

The instructions indicate we need to make recordings of the Zoom presentations and provide them along with the PPT files one week prior to the SV. This would make them due Monday, Aug 10 so we would have to record them the week prior.
It appears that these videos will be in place of actual live presentations on the day of the SV. The agenda indicates only Q&A and interactive discussions will take place.
