Year 4 Evaluation Report

This summer (2021), Eric Welch submitted his Year 4 External Evaluation Report that was also given to NSF. We are required to prepare a response that also goes to NSF.

It contains four recommendations we need to respond to. I started a cloud document here to facilitate these responses.
